Kevin recounts his college friendship with Scott, and his move as a young man, from the Land of Lincoln to the Grand Canyon State. He then discusses how he took advantage of the migration to an expanding region and the professional opportunities it created for him in the field of law enforcement. This is a great listen for both prospective and experienced police officers, as well as civilians,  that may be considering changes in geography, professional development and personal growth. Guest Bio: Sergeant Kevin Ameiss is a native Illini that upon graduating from college, moved to Arizona to pursue a career in Law Enforcement. He is an active duty, veteran police officer in a suburban Phoenix police department that has amassed an extensive law enforcement resume. During his 23-year career, Kevin has served as a patrol and field training officer and worked within tactical, narcotics, K-9, mounted and bicycle units.
