Set goals in 6 different categories: Time Health Money Relationship Self-Improvement Higher Power or Spirituality SMART Goals: S - specific, significant, stretching M - measurable, meaningful, motivational A - agreed upon, attainable, achievable, acceptable, action-oriented R - realistic, relevant, reasonable, rewarding, results-oriented T - time-based, time-bound, timely, tangible, trackable Definitions provided by Project Smart. What new habits do I need to develop to accomplish these goals? What old habits, stories that keep me from achieving my goals do I need to drop?
