We discuss the critical why, getting clear on your goal, thought process, motivation, planning and tracking required to lay down the years blueprint for success with three Four Star Alumni. 2016 Alumni Jesse Wren – Senior at Truman State University, Kirksville, MO.  Field of Study: Interdisciplinary Education, beginning his Masters Program & Capstone Research with aspirations to teach abroad and obtain his PHD in Educational Leadership. 2018 Alumni Bruny Alonso Orama  - Senior at Swarthmore College in Philadelphia, PA, majoring in Political Science and Psychology.  Completing Senior Thesis in Political Reform, with plans to teach in Armenia.   Bruny is managing in her own nonprofit: Project Global Story 2020 Cross Fuller – Freshman at University of Tennessee, Knoxville, TN, majoring in Journalism and Broadcasting.  Cross started his own podcast: Crosswalk, focusing on Leadership for young adults, personal development, motivation and mentorship.
