Goals: Unity & Knowledge - Sermon

On Pentecost Sunday, Pastor James reflects on the importance of the Holy Spirit and the distractions that come with worship, emphasizing that perfection is not required in our gathering. He stresses the need for unity and growing in knowledge of Christ within the church, highlighting that unity is a gift from the Holy Spirit that requires commitment and relationship. Pastor James encourages the congregation to actively make connections with one another and to live out Scripture, promoting not just knowledge but a deep relational understanding of Jesus. As the sermon closes, he invites everyone to reflect on how they can grow and engage in their faith, culminating in communion that serves as spiritual nourishment for the journey ahead. Sermon 6-8-25
