God Above All Fake Gods Part 1

Pastor Ed Taylor is in the middle of a study in First Samuel and we’ll join him in chapter five. At the end of First John, we read, “Dear children keep yourselves from idols.” That may seem like an odd way to end a letter, but no doubt the Lord wanted to emphasize the importance of steering clear of this sort of thing. Idolatry has been an issue through the ages, and certainly not just a thing of the past. And we’ll be reminded today that God is above all of the fake gods.
