God Doesn't Do Guilt

from The Ekklesian · host Xavier LeMond

God doesn’t do guilt. Religion does it very well, not God. It’s a shame how many believers are walking through life wracked with guilt, worried about what God is thinking about them, condemning themselves for their failures and mistakes. But God’s wrath against sin was expended on the cross. The price for it was paid and Jesus brought a new covenant that freed believers from the penalty of sin for all time.
