Nasanbold Sukhbaatar Stake President of the Ulaanbaatar East Stake Public Affairs and Communication Manager for the Church in Mongolia  Brigham Young University–Hawaii Devotional (February 17, 2026)  Nasanbold Sukhbaatar shares how he grew up on the vast, empty grasslands of Mongolia, riding his horse for hours through snow to get to school. When changes in government left him unable to read, he taught himself, practicing by candlelight in the fields with his herd.
