God in Control 3: The Fourth Man in the Fire - Daniel 3

We say God is in control and so we should, because the Bible shows clearly that God sets the direction for something, he says it in advance and he goes about accomplishing it. Even in the present day. But sometimes our faith gets rattled because we look at the news or our own personal lives, and we read between the lines and andother mantra seems to takes over. But I think we're looking at the wrong things. Today I want to ask you, how do you know that God is in control? What are the markers that you look at? Sometimes we look at things that really say nothing about that topic, but we give them weight. We're walking through the book of Daniel in a series called God in Control, a fair title for what Daniel is trying to communicate through the book. I want to look at this story today where all of that comes center stage, where the backdrop is supercharged with self-will and a lot of evil, yet God is in control. Daniel 3.
