God is in the Detail

from Pneuma Podcast

Based on (Esther 1:10-19), ‘God is in the Detail’ draws the attention of listeners of this podcast to the fact that God is interested in us enough to be in the details of lives. The podcast draws from the famous “Footprint in the Sand” poem attributed to Margaret Powers (née Fishback), The beautiful poem describes the experience of a person taking a walk on a beach with God. The walker noticed the disappearance of one sets of footprint in the sand and wondered why. The lesson in the poem is the fact that God was in the unseen detail. In the same way the Book of Esther has no mention of God in it and yet He was in the detail. The technicalities of the absence of ‘the mention of God’ in Esther works in our favour as it teaches and help us to look beyond what we can see so as to see what we cannot see with our naked eyes and this is because God is in every detail of it. It is my pray that the Lord use this message to bless you. Shalom.Portraits of Hope: Carry Me (Instrumental)Kim Walker: Walk with MeDisclaimer: All music used belong to the copyright owner credited.
