God Is In The Details!

Whenever we're faced with life's ups and downs, we tend to think God has forsaken us. In almost of all such cases, our very best efforts seem to meet with vehement resistance as though the entire world is conspiring against us. Then we begin to see people with lesser skills, technical knowledge, intelligence and drive make stunning progress whilst we stay stuck in one place, in spite of giving our very best. As humans, we begin to search ourselves for perceived sins to confess or for things we ain't doing right to amend. At extreme cases, we take it all out on God, offended that He's abandoned and failed us in spite of our commitment to serving Him. Make no mistakes about it, God doesn't hate or punishing you for any sin you committed or for any wrong doings. On the contrary, God is in the details! How can "God be in the details?" I'm glad you asked! He's aware when life eked out that disaster on you; He's aware when all your investments got drained out; He knows when you got jilted, sacked and thrown out like a piece of thrash; He was quite there when you we're spited and despitefully abused. To what end then? He's using your mess to work out an eternal weight of glory (2 Cor. 4: 17). He'd twist everything to work in your favour in the end (Rom. 8: 28). Hallelujah!
