The only criteria is that their heart must be blameless before Him. A blameless heart doesn't mean a perfect or sinless heart. A blameless heart is one that is completely yielded and trusting in God. As a committed Christian, God is looking for ways to support you, bless you, and strengthen you. He is always on the lookout for those who will trust in Him.
