Genesis 25:19-28:9, Malachi 1:1-2:7, Romans 9:1-10:21, Hebrews 11:20-12:14:17 MAHA means make America healthy again, has been on our mind. We agree we were healthier when we were on the KETO DIET. It has been about 4 years since we departed and we are hurting we have all kinds of issues that I am sure now are caused by higher Triglycerides, we had them down to the 60 and I'm positive they are way up high again, because of the consumption of starches and sugars. SO, the plan it to go back.
