God, the Holy Spirit is here for the believrs in Jesus Christ. He is the One who gives us confidence that we are actually born from above! " Hereby know we that we dwell in Him, and He in us, because He hath given us of His Spirit" (1 John 4:13). so we are dependant on the Holy Spirit to HELP us when we are shaken in our faith.  God, the Holy Spirit is the ONE who can persuade us to be confident in Jesus Christ and in His Power. No one else can!
