Why would God choose to change the world through broken, flawed people? In this message, we explore why the church is God’s unexpected blessing—not in spite of our imperfections, but through them. If you’ve been hurt by church, struggled to see its value, or wondered why so many people stay despite the mess, this is for you. Discover how God’s ancient promise to Abraham—”I will bless you, and you will be a blessing”—comes alive in the beautiful cycle of giving and receiving within the church community. Whether you’re on the outside looking in, burned out from giving, or just starting to receive, learn how the church becomes the physical presence of Jesus in the world. Because we’re all a mess…but we’re God’s mess. And together, empowered by His Spirit, we create something beautiful.
