Christianity views personhood holistically: body and soul form an integrated unity. Secular personhood theory promotes a two-level dualism that separates body from person, 3. Our flourishing comes from following God’s plan, not our feelings. 4. The church must be a beacon of compassion and clarity to the sexually broken.
