Vs 18-19 Enemies of the cross are idolaters who distort the gospel; they value earthly pleasures more than eternal treasures. Vs 20 Since heaven is our home, we should prepare for Christ’s return by seeking to become more like Jesus every day. Vs 21 In heaven Jesus will transform our mortal bodies, and we will be made like Him. Vs 21 Jesus will use His unlimited power to subject the entire universe under His perfect rule.
