Bible Text: Genesis 22:17; 2 Corinthians 13:14 NKJV Genesis 22:17 NKJV Blessing I will bless you, and multiplying I will multiply your descendants as the stars of the heaven and as the sand which is on the seashore; and your descendants shall possess the gate of their enemies 2 Corinthians 13:14 NKJV The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with you all. Amen. INSPIRATION: When the kind and level of glory you manifest is one that is not seen or is easy to explain, you sure do have a lot more work and understanding to do. There is a level of manifestation of glory that's only traceable to God's blessings. It was this understanding that inspired Moses to pray for the children of Israel, "The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make His face shine upon you, and be gracious to you; the Lord lift up His countenance upon you, and give you peace" (Num. 6: 24 - 26). There's a big glory that is released upon us when we're blessed. This glory doesn't just guarantee our prosperity but also ensures we're preserved. One can only ask, what's the value of your glory if the Lord's preservation is absent. Whilst we seek opportunities to manifest all of God's goodness in our lives, we should never lose sight of his preserving grace. Moses also prayed, "The Lord make His face shine upon you." To understand the context of this phrase in Moses's prayer, see what the Psalmist said about God's face, "For they did not gain possession of the land by their own sword, nor did their own arm save them; but it was Your right hand, Your arm, and the light of Your countenance, because You favored them" (Psalms 44:3). When the light of God's face shines on yours, you become exactly like the image you see (2 Cor. 3: 18). Herein lies the secret of outstanding glory; it is one of God's sure ways to enjoy His favour. When the favour of God is upon you, things work like magic around you; your greatness is unlimited and people can't help but notice your steady progress (Gen. 26: 12-14). Grace and glory manifest from a place of deep intimacy with God, where all of divinity rubs off on us to make products of such uncommon encounters. TODAY'S TAKE HOME: Seek the God-factor in your quest to manifest glory. Take God's blessings seriously and do no labour the labour of a fool. Treasure the content of Moses's prayer and pray it on yourself daily. PRAYER: Oh Lord, please bless bless me in deed and make me to see all of your glory expressly manifest in my life, that would cause me to advance forward beautifully in Jesus name.
