GOD’S GRACE IS SUFFICIENT!
from The Kingdom Of God First Podcast. · host Tewe Kolade Felix
Scripture: "But he said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.’ Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me." — 2 Corinthians 12:9 (NIV) Message: Life often brings challenges that leave us feeling weak, exhausted, and inadequate. In those moments, it’s easy to focus on our limitations. But God reminds us that His grace is enough—it sustains, strengthens, and carries us through every difficulty. Our weaknesses don’t disqualify us; instead, they become opportunities for God’s power to be revealed. Paul, who wrote these words, understood suffering. He prayed for relief, but instead of removing the hardship, God assured him that His grace was sufficient. God’s grace is not just about forgiveness; it is His active strength working in our lives. When we are weak, He is strong. When we feel like we can’t go on, His power lifts us up. Rather than resisting our weaknesses, we can embrace them, knowing that they allow us to rely on God more fully. His grace does not run out. It meets us exactly where we are and supplies what we need for each moment. We don’t have to depend on our own strength—His grace is our strength. Today, ask yourself: Am I relying on my own strength, or am I allowing God’s grace to carry me? How can I surrender my weaknesses and trust His power to sustain me? Prayer: Almighty Father, thank You for Your grace that is always enough for me. In my weakness, may Your power be made perfect. Help me to trust in Your strength rather than my own. Teach me to rely on You in every challenge, knowing that Your grace is more than sufficient. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
