Vs 23-26 - The God of the Bible is an infinite yet personal God, who loves His people and keeps His promises. Vs 27-30 - God in heaven hears the prayers of His people, and forgives their sins when they repent. Vs 59-61 - God answers prayer so that everyone will know that He alone is God. Vs 61 - The right response to the LORD our God is wholehearted love and obedience.
