God’s Judgment on God’s Judgment (Psalm 79)

In Psalm 79, we encounter a difficult but necessary truth: sometimes, God uses even the wicked to discipline His people. This psalm doesn’t shy away from pain or injustice—it brings it honestly before the Lord. And yet, within its lament, we find a deep trust in God's justice, mercy, and compassion. In this message, we walk through the psalm together, alongside Isaiah 10, to understand how God can use nations for His purposes—and still hold them accountable. We’ll reflect on the nature of divine judgment, the call to repentance, and the hope we find in God's faithfulness. If you’re in a season of hardship or searching for clarity in the midst of chaos, this psalm gives you a framework for prayer—honest, humble, and anchored in God’s character.Join us as we learn to cry out for justice, seek forgiveness, and rest in the goodness of our Shepherd.
