Have you ever thought that someone loved you only because they had to or because you did something for them? Do you ever worry that you're one mistake away from someone no longer loving you? It's a terrible feeling to be insecure in someone's love. On the other hand, it's a whole different feeling to know someone loves completely and unconditionally. This kind of love has been proven over time and in difficult seasons. The love has endured when you weren't at your best and when you had nothing to give in return. God left no doubt as to which type of love He had for His people. When God says He loves you, He's speaking about a love that came to you when you weren't even capable of loving Him in return. To know that you're loved in such a lavish way will cause you to live joyfully in that love.
