Every year, Operation Christmas Child picks up where the angels left off in Bethlehem: they spread the good news that Jesus the Savior has come and now we can have peace on this earth and eternal life in heaven! Here's how it works: you and your family fill a shoebox with stuff like little toys, soap, crayons, toothbrushes, etc. and Operation Christmas Child will place it in the hands of a child in need of tangible help and hope. When the shoeboxes are presented to the children, so is the Gospel. This happens all over the world! It's a beautiful thing and our special guest today experienced it firsthand.
