God's POWER for MORE! 5/6/26 Frame Your Week w/the Word

The Empowerment of the Holy Spirit! Today I bring two main motivations to receive and utilize the baptism of the Holy Spirit. 1. To Obey Jesus's command to WAIT in Jerusalem for this empowerment before going out and sharing about His resurrection. Though they had physically seen Him raised, just SEEING Him was not the commission. It was to take the POWER of the resurrection and teach, preach and DEMONSTRATE it. 2. Because there is a reward for diligently seeking Him in prayer. Hebrews 11:6. We will forfeit what He could do and will do if we neglect prayer. Proverbs 25:2 God will reveal if we seek Him in prayer. Jeremiah 33:1-3 When we call out/pray God will show us things we otherwise would not know. PRAYER is a daily release of spiritual insight and the POWER/ability to do/demonstrate what we see/hear. God has 1,000 things to tell us any one day. His plans for each of us our similar and yet unique to us and the call on our life. No two pastors, evangelists, teachers, prophets or apostles are designed to operate exactly the same or have identical ministries. But ALL of us our required/commanded to operate in His power. All believers are called to receive this empowerment before going out to do the Great Commission. I am not ashamed of the gospel, it is the POWER of God, to separate humanity from the effects of the adversary and the world. Romans 1:16 (paraphrased). Need more help?
