GOD's POWER for our lives! 3/18/26 The Holy Spirit strengthens our 'engine' for the things of God. His power allows us to do what God's Word calls us to do, day after day, and releases the power for miracles. Key ideas: Our spirit is our engine. When we pray in the Spirit, we strengthen our spirit 1 Cor. 14:4 A strong spirit keeps us UP and OVER emotions, keeps our minds set on the Word and WILLS choosing God and His purpose for our life every day. Praying in the Spirit releases dunamis power: power for: Miracles moral excellence wealth and increase the angelic The more we need/want these operating in our lives, the more we make use of this empowerment. Also, it is the ability to speak directly to Jesus, One on One. 1 Cor. 14:2. There is no one who knows you better, loves you more or knows your calling than He does. So it makes the most sense to talk to Him about your daily life and His call on your life. Every time we pray in the spirit, we are strengthened, and equipped to know God better, and know His will and be able to do it. Eph. 3:20 says God can do MORE than we can ask, think or imagine.What can He do in our lives? We will not know unless we pray and make HIs power available.
