Here we should learn that when we the people of God seek Him in sincerity and in truth He gets joy. When He gets joy He will grant unto us the petitions that we require of Him. God rewards righteousness and reverence and obedience to Him. However, when we go away from following His instructions He will recompense us with His vengeance. We can see the fury, the wrath and the indignation of God so prevalent in the land today in the form of very inclement weather, we are seeing towns and townships and communities completely flooded out and torn down by tornadoes and even in many cases today by fire. But based on this scripture, the wisdom is that if we conduct ourselves in obedience to the instruction of scripture, the love of God will prevail in our lives.
