In this very special episode, Phillip and Eric not only talk about Godzilla: Aftershock, the prequel comic to the Legendary film Godzilla: King of the Monsters, but also interview the artist and colorist behind its creation, Drew Edward Johnson and Allen Passalaqua. We get to hear the behind-the-scenes process of creating the art of a Godzilla comic and working on established IPs, the key to designing Toho styled kaiju, and some hilarious stories about breaking into the industry in the mid nineties by interviewing for a job at Wildstorm without knowing about it.
