This week, Lauren sits down with Maddie Gardner. Maddie is a mom, to a 14-month old, who is balancing new motherhood with her dream job. Maddie was a competitive cheerleader, a sport that isn't usually well-known to outsiders. However, Maddie is trying to change that, as one of the founders of the Pro Cheer League. They talk about what it's been like balancing her literal dream job, while raising her daughter. What it's like working in a sport that once had an end-date, and what it's like now creating a league of professional athletes.
