For the past 27 years, Master Mertens, along with his business partner and martial arts mentor, Grandmaster Sun Chong, has been running WNY most popular martial arts schools.  In this podcast episode, we talk about how he took his entire business (16 Employees and over 2000 Clients) and completely shifted to virtual during this epidemic. We talk about how to get clients attracted to this new shift and how to shift an entire workforce to get on board with this idea without rattling the culture. Since most of the clients are children this talked about how to manage getting parents on board with this process and thriving during this time.  In addition, they host an annual fundraiser, named Kicking For Miracles that has earned over 1.2 Million dollars to benefit the John R Oishei Women and Children's Hospital
