Going Downtown

One thing you'll find in downtown Greenville is a lot of is people who love being there.  Whether you're walking along Main St, hanging out in Falls Park, or watching a Greenville Drive baseball game, the city attracts people.  So what exactly is the appeal? Aubree Lewis, our guest on the final episode of our Condo Living series, is a realtor who has answered that question before.  Sh hosts a thriving YouTube channel that covers real estate related topics for Upstate South Caroline.  Aubree has showcased downtown Greenville on her show and understands why people find it a wonderful place to live.Aubree says the climate, local attractions, and cost of living are among the reasons for people moving there.
