I get asked this question a lot – “If you were to start all over from scratch if you were to lose everything and had to start over, what would you do?” Gavin and I are starting up a new challenge where we get into some new markets and do a bunch of deals. I’m going to be covering land investing and Gavin will be looking at houses. We’ll document the systems we use, how we research and select the markets, marketing strategies, how we find buyers, and how we analyze deals. I’m excited to get into vacant land deals because it’s a much different strategy than property management and we’ve seen clients generate a ton of income in a fairly short amount of time.The strategies we’ll be sharing here are the best strategies you can follow and apply in 2022.
