To help stop the spread of COVID-19, golf courses along with all other non-essential services deemed by the province was forced to shut down towards the end of March. But Premier Doug Ford had advised golf courses on May 1st to prepare to reopen soon.  David Heald with East Park in London speaks about the golf course's plans for reopening, as well as how to NOT strain any muscles when you golf again after resting for an extended duration.
