刘霞主任我们揭开恭王府神殿那些不为人知的历史～殿堂始建于和珅时期，建制效仿紫禁城内的坤宁宫。作为中路第二座大殿，其功能为萨满教（满族传统宗教）举行祭祀仪式的场所，因此，此殿又被称为“神殿”。殿内原有两口灶台，配备两口大锅，供祭祀时烹煮祭品使用；殿内西侧设有一个“卍”字形大炕，仪式完成后，参加祭祀的人员可坐在大炕上分食祭肉。
