Good Cry!

Have you ever felt completely overwhelmed, frustrated, shocked, and emotionally drained? Have you ever wanted to simply throw in the towel? Are you at a point where you're tired of holding it all in? Perhaps it's time for a GOOD CRY. You know one of those where you have the ugly face, can finally breathe afterward, can barely breathe while doing it, and finally, feel everything lifting off of your shoulders at once. You deserve at least one GOOD Cry. I am giving you the permission that you should have given yourself a long time ago. Go have yourself an amazingly good cry. GOD Bless
