Good Friday 2025: Christ's Seven Sayings

Peace Bible Church and Bethany Baptist Church of Salem combined for a Good Friday service, remembering Jesus' seven statements on the cross. Seven preachers brought short messages, which are compiled here. The preachers were as follows: Casey Lute: "Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they do.” (Luke 23:34) Craig Smith: “Truly, I say to you, today you will be with me in paradise.” (Luke 23:43) Jeremiah Puckett: “Woman, behold your son!" "Behold your mother.” (John 19:26–27) Jackson Smith: “My God, My God, why have you forsaken Me?” (Matthew 27:46) Kelton Hedstrom: “I thirst.” (John 19:28) Jim Hills: “It is finished.” (John 19:30) Tim Baker: “Father, into your hands I commit my spirit!” (Luke 23:46)
