A person’s last words reveal what truly matters most. On the cross at Galgotha, with His final breath, Jesus didn’t whisper words of regret, or defeat, or surrender. He didn’t say, “I tried.” He didn’t say, “Maybe next time.” Instead, He declared, “It is finished.” To the world, looked in on this moment of final words like it was the end.
