Do you know anyone who just seems to have an incredible supply of compassion and is willing to do almost anything for the sake of others? There are people out there who exhibit this quality well, and we probably all have someone in our lives that we think of when we consider the word compassion. However, there is only one who displayed perfect sympathy, empathy and care for the suffering of others, and was willing to give literally everything for the sake of those who would not have been willing to do the same. Our human compassion has limits, but the compassion of Jesus does not. Today we shine a spotlight on the willingness of Jesus to lay everything down for the sake of a people who were in desperate need. The willingness of the One to sacrifice himself for the many.
