Today I want to invite you to do something a little scary, a lot vulnerable but so worth it.I want to invite you to see your self. Honestly.Not through the lens of ‘not enough’ or ‘valuable when’But as I see you. As others see you. Just neutrally.Which statistically is about 80% more amazing than you’re designed to see yourself.On my first date with my partner, who is currently happily sending me face bubbles from the top of a -20 degrees mountain whilst I am curled up in my candlelit apartment with the radiators on full blast, I got him to take the four tendencies quiz and triumphantly confirmed his rebel profile.Something I got to very sweetly share with his family this Christmas as they all took the test too and I saw the little spikes of friction melt into understanding, empathy and then love as they understood themselves and their partners that bit better.This quiz is one of the first things I do with all my clients, if you haven’t taken it yet I created a resource right here that you can use to understand how to apply the results.Because before you set any more goals or take any decisions you need to learn how to get to neutral, to rebalance that 80% negativity bias by understanding yourself 1% more each day!
