Good Morning Show KFAB interviewed Mark Henkel - Apr 2016

National Polygamy Advocate ™ Mark Henkel was the guest on Good Morning Show, hosted by Gary Sadlemyer, on KFAB NewsRadio 1110, in Omaha, Nebraska, on April 20, 2016.   This interview occurred after the Brown v. Buhman ("Sister Wives") case was REVERSED on April 11, 2016, by the US 10th Circuit of Appeals in Denver, Colorado, not based on the merits of any argument, but only by a technicality that mooted the legal standing of the family to file the case. The host shared how he thought that the arguments of the Polygamy Rights Win-Win Solution sounded libertarian to him. He asked positive and legitimate questions, eventually even admitting to Mark Henkel, saying, "Well, you lay it out really well, Mark."  Asking how the movement goes forward from this REVERSAL, Mark Henkel explained how the OMOWs (One Man One Woman supporters) now only have three remaining options to choose. 1, die and give up forever. 2, accept this WIN-WIN solution to abolish all marriage control so that there is no legalized marriage for anyone. Or 3, continue to fail in trying the same failed idea of a marriage control amendment that is never going to be ratified by the required number of 38 states.
