Good News in the Wilderness | The Gospel of Mark: From Throne to Cross and Back

This week we’ll be studying Mark 1:1-8 under the theme “Good News in the Wilderness.” Mark’s Gospel opens with urgent good news: in the wilderness, God sends a messenger to prepare the way for the true King.
