The good news is that Jesus came to give us peace with God by faith in him. Romans 5:6 tells us that "while we were still sinners, Christ died for the ungodly". Jesus came for us when we were at our worst and now we can choose life in him. When we choose faith in Him, we go from sinner to saved.
