This week Tina is joined by Annie Fulton of the educational nursing podcast Up My Nursing Game. Together they tell the incredibly disturbing story of a cardiovascular intensive care nurse who is accused of unthinkable crimes involving his patients. On February 8th, 2018, investigators were called to a meeting at a prominent heart hospital in Tyler, Texas. The hospital staff and their counsel had a list of seven patients who were involved in a series of incidents that took place between June 2017 and January 2018. Five patients suffered “significant injury” and two of them died. William George Davis, a registered nurse, was working in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit on all of the dates of these events.
