“Send Coach John a message”I saw this post that caught my eye as not only it had a great & simple thought, but the artwork that went with it was awesome!!  It’s from Mindful Maven - (@mindfulmaven_) and it simply says “good or bad, you will get what you give.” The artwork is a picture of someone throwing a boomerang. Easy to understand and much more important to implement into our lives.
