We''ll explore how we too easily settle for cheap counterfeits to the true & Wondrous JOY of Christmas. We'll also explore the seeming contradiction of Pain and Joy - and how they are an intricate part of the Gospel narrative. The story of Christmas depicts the reality of both - always pointing to the Joy found only in Jesus. May the reality of Jesus: his birth -life - message - mission - death - resurrection & glory - be the centre of all we do over the holy-days.
