Goodyear Fireworks Regulations for Safe Celebrations

Send us a text and chime in!As residents prepare to celebrate with fireworks, the city of Goodyear is reminding the community about local rules designed to keep people, property, and open spaces safe. When are fireworks allowed? Only certain consumer fireworks approved by Arizona law may be used, and only during the dates and times permitted by state law. Any fireworks that shoot up in the air are illegal. This includes bottle rockets, aerial shells, and roman candles. Fountains, sparklers, smoke devices, wheels, and ground spinners are allowed.
