Google Working on Separate Index for Mobile; Penguin and Panda Keep Rolling Updates

Neither Penguin or Panda are on a rolling update schedule. .. both are currently Manual Updates and Panda has not been updated in over 6 months.  Google working on a completely separate Index for Mobile. Tablets not considered “Mobile” by Google and are not impacted by the coming update. Good Mobile Overview of the Gary Illyes presentation at SMX West.
