Episode 37 - Filmmaker Dave Campfield joins Pete, Sean, and Will in the pitch meeting to brainstorm ideas for a long awaited sequel to the beloved 80's kids adventure film "THE GOONIES". (www.fourthhorizoncinema.com) Originally released January 23rd, 2017. It's been over 30 years since the events of the "One Eyed Willy" adventure made 7 kids from The Goondocks famous. With one of their own about to get married, they all look forward to reuniting after growing apart over the last few decades. Chunk wants Sloth to be his best man, but he has recently gone missing. And with the youngest Fratelli Sister (played by Melissa McCarthy) becoming an infamous criminal in her own right, rumor has it that Sloth (Vin Diesel) may have joined her. Days before Chunk's wedding, Mikey has returned with plans for one last Goonie Adventure! Can he convince the gang - Data, Mouth, Chunk, Brand, Andy and Stef - to go on the wildest bachelor party ever, the search for Viking Tresure?! And how does Sloth and The Fratellis fit into all this? Directed by Brad Bird (The Incredibles, Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol) we present "GOONIES 2: NEVER SAY DIE". Next Monday we return with an all new episode of Pitch It Movie Podcast when the host of "Relationshit" Lynn Bixenspan and Morgan Pielli pitch a mini-series event about a dystopian world where all Mothers and Fathers have died out and only single neglectful Aunts and Uncles exist to raise the last remaining children on the planet called "NUCLEAR FAMILY". https://www.podpage.com/pitchitmoviepodcast
