Gospel Dividing: Luke 2.25-52

In Luke 2, Jesus is both a unifying and a dividing figure. In this sermon we'll explore the division which brings about ever greater unity, ever greater wholeness, in a division which is the separation of the true and the false, faith and religion, the values of God and the values of humanity, and so on, through the examples of Simeon, Anna, and the young Jesus, a Jesus, a savior, who disturbs and transforms worship and values.
