You've heard me talk about Chef Scotty Scott for years now, and we finally found the time to sit down over mimosas and really catch up. Ya'll this man does it all. And does it WELL. Between finding that perfect family - work balance, launching a cookbook, starting a food truck (which is secretly want to keep to myself) and now more is on the horizon for Mr. CookDrankEat himself. Can we add TacoSexual as a way to identify? Also, how does this man actually always know what I want to eat before I do? Scotty shares what national show he visited felt the most welcoming and tells me a story about him almost setting my kitchen on fire...I had no idea. When it came to finding love, did Scotty take a cheesy approach...helping to predict the future? Big things keep landing in the lap of this Chef, but good help is still hard to find. No matter the challenges though Scotty faces them head on and puts his own twist on things, and isn't stopping anytime soon. He even expanded hours for Cheezy Does It already!
