Government launches its “Be Winter Ready” campaign

The government launches its “Be Winter Ready” Information Campaign today. Hazardous weather conditions as well as winter flu and other seasonal ailments are a concern for many but by taking some simple steps to prepare , those fears can be alleviated. Evelyn Cusack, Head of forecasting at Met Eireann as well as Dr. Denis McCauley, Chairman of the GP Committee of the Irish Medical Organisation talk us through how we can “be winter ready” .
