Governor Abbott & Several States Refuse Biden's Imperial Changes to Title IX in Public Schools

Governor Greg Abbott declared that Biden administration's perverted new changes to Title IX are unconstitutional and Texas will not abide the new dictation. Several states including: Florida, Wyoming, South Carolina & Oklahoma have pledged to refute the new mandate law. Biden has once again bypassed Congress and declared himself king. Abbott said "you have rewritten TItle IX to force schools to treat boys as if they are girls and to accept every student's self-declared gender identity." This is not only profane, it is insane.
